Welcome to Marcello Straps. Every custom Panerai strap is made entirely by hand—bench-built one at a time using traditional hand tools, zero templates, and no shortcuts. From the initial cut to the final saddle stitch, each piece is crafted from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather sourced from historic Italian tanneries.
These straps are tailored specifically for the substantial proportions of the Panerai Luminor, Radiomir, and Submersible. Whether shaped with a dedicated 26/22mm taper for wire lugs or a bold 24mm straight profile, each band is calibrated for balanced case geometry and immediate comfort. Because every edge is hand-finished and every stitch pulled by hand, no two straps are identical. Built for serious daily wear, engineered to patina with distinction.
