Welcome to my site! At Marcello Straps, every Panerai strap is made by myself entirely by hand—one at a time, with no mass production, no shortcuts, and no templates. I cut, stitch, and finish each strap myself, using only full-grain leathers sourced from respected tanneries around the world. The work is measured and intentional. Each piece is unique, shaped by the natural character of the leather and the small details I adjust along the way.

These Panerai straps are built with a focus on fit, structure, and long-term wear. I tailor each design to match the proportions and feel of Panerai’s larger case sizes, like the Luminor, Radiomir, or Bronzo. No two straps are exactly alike—not just in leather grain or color tone, but also in the way each one is stitched, edged, and finished by hand.
