Panerai Luminor Due Strap for 42mm 22/22 “Heritage Tan” Soft

About the Strap:  Introducing a special strap for true Panerai enthusiasts! This meticulously handcrafted soft Panerai DUE strap is inspired by the vintage era and is crafted with utmost care. Made from thick yet supple vegetable-tanned leather in a medium brown tone, this strap is extremely soft and comfortable on the wrist. The thick white saddle stitching, done in a boxed pattern, adds a nice subdued contrast to the design. The design of this strap features one floating keeper and one fixed.

The strap comes with a brushed stainless steel vintage-style pin buckle sewn in place. Alternatively, you can select a polished buckle option or flat GPF style buckle from the drop-down menu. The strap shown in the photos measures 120/75, but additional sizes are available in the drop-down menu. Each strap is meticulously punched by hand to create the pin buckle holes. Finally, the images display this vintage style soft Panerai DUE strap paired with the Panerai Luminor DUE PAM00906 42mm, showcasing its impeccable fit and comfort on the wrist thanks to the ultra-soft leather.

As with most DUE straps on my site, this strap does not use any sort of quick release system.  Instead, you will simply use the OEM spring bars that come with your Panerai Luminor DUE watch. You may remove these spring bars with a pin tool in order to easy swap straps.

Measurements:  This strap is 22/22, with a thickness of ~4.2mm.

Additional Information:

The 38mm, 42mm and 45mm Luminor Due series are the latest entries in the Panerai catalog. As with all Panerai cases, I take into consideration many elements of the watch before making a custom strap for it. With regard to the Due models, you will notice that my website features only straps for the 42mm models which have a 22mm lug width. I can happily make straps for your 38mm or 45mm Luminor Due model as well.

If you have a 45mm Luminor Due model, please check the 24mm strap section. When I make straps for the Luminor Due series, I take into consideration the much thinner case, and utilize leather of a lower thickness. This thinner leather sometimes allows for straps of a more rigid temper.

A variety of buckles may also be used on the 22mm straps, so you may see more than one buckle option on the drop down menus for various Panerai Luminor Due straps. Another unique feature that many of my custom Panerai Luminor Due straps utilize is quick release spring bars. Quick release bars work especially well on straps of a more firm temper. Quick release spring bars allow you to change straps with no tools and thus no chance of scratching the case. Further, the slim and modern Due case lends itself to a wide variety of leathers that thicker cased Panerai models cannot pull off.
