About the Leather: This ruby red Luminor Due strap is 100% hand made and hand stitched, as with all of my straps. For this project I selected a gorgeous vegetable tanned leather with a deep ruby red semi-gloss finish. The strap itself is remarkable and looks even more impressive in person than in photos. This strap is of a medium temper. I selected a cherry red thread to maintain the color scheme and blend with the primary color of the strap. Additionally, the design of this strap features one floating keeper and one fixed. This strap ships with a polished PAM style buckle with spring bar. The vegetable tanned leather on this strap will naturally become slightly darker and more glossy with time, as with all vegetable tanned leathers.
This red Luminor Due strap features integrated quick release spring bars, which you may see in the photos. This strap is a perfect match for the PAM00906 42mm Luminor Due, which is pictured above. These spring bars do not require any special tools to remove. Furthermore, you may install or remove this strap using your thumbnail. This ease-of-use feature makes it easier to swap straps. This is one of the most impressive Due 42mm straps available, you won’t find a better red strap! Additionally, the vegetable tanned leather used is quite durable for long term usage.
Measurements: This strap is 22/22, with a thickness of ~3.5mm.
