About the Strap:  Handcrafted from supple, oil-tanned leather, this strap offers a sturdy 4.5mm thickness while ensuring exceptional comfort. This strap is THICK! Perhaps the upper range of thickness that you can pair with the 42mm DUE case. The rich burgundy top surface features a smooth texture, beautifully accented by light tan edges and beige hand stitching. Every detail, from the precisely punched buckle holes to the expertly hand-stitched finish, reflects meticulous craftsmanship.

Designed for both style and function, it includes one floating keeper and one fixed. Additionally, this strap features softly creased edges for a refined look. A polished stainless steel vintage-style pre-V buckle is securely sewn in place, though alternative buckle options are available via the drop-down menu. The strap shown measures 125/80, with multiple sizes offered to fit your preference. Displayed here with the Panerai Luminor Due PAM00906, this custom Panerai strap is a sophisticated and versatile enhancement to your collection.

If you are unsure about the best size, please contact me. I can make this strap as long or as short as you need. I am creating these DUE straps so that DUE owners can join in the joy of strap collecting. Most DUE watches use spring bars to attach the strap. You will need to remove these spring bars with a pin, and reuse them with this strap. I strongly advise against using cheap spring bars.

Measurements:  This strap is 22/22, with a thickness of ~4.5mm.

Additional Information:

The 38mm, 42mm and 45mm Luminor Due series are the latest entries in the Panerai catalog. As with all Panerai cases, I take into consideration many elements of the watch before making a custom strap for it. With regard to the Due models, you will notice that my website features only straps for the 42mm models which have a 22mm lug width. I can happily make straps for your 38mm or 45mm Luminor Due model as well.

If you have a 45mm Luminor Due model, please check the 24mm strap section. When I make straps for the Luminor Due series, I take into consideration the much thinner case, and utilize leather of a lower thickness. This thinner leather sometimes allows for straps of a more rigid temper.

A variety of buckles may also be used on the 22mm straps, so you may see more than one buckle option on the drop down menus for various Panerai Luminor Due straps. Another unique feature that many of my custom Panerai Luminor Due straps utilize is quick release spring bars. Quick release bars work especially well on straps of a more firm temper. Quick release spring bars allow you to change straps with no tools and thus no chance of scratching the case. Further, the slim and modern Due case lends itself to a wide variety of leathers that thicker cased Panerai models cannot pull off.
